1. Subscription Overview

AUA MCQ offers a monthly Premium subscription at 50 EGP/month that provides unlimited access to all platform features including AI explanations, exam mode, favorites, and progress tracking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free tier.
  • Your study progress, quiz history, and saved favorites will be preserved even after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund within 3 days: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Refund eligibility details:

  • Within 3 days of purchase: Full refund available. Contact us via email with your account email and payment reference.
  • After 3 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or extend your subscription if there were service issues.
  • Technical issues: If you experienced payment errors or were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund regardless of timing.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to mo7amedtech2018@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and payment reference/transaction ID
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will process your request within 3-5 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Card payments (Paymob): Refund appears within 5-14 business days on your bank statement
  • PayPal payments: Refund appears within 3-5 business days in your PayPal account
  • E-wallet payments: Refund appears within 3-7 business days
